During the bus ride My friend and I were playing a game named I Dare You. Once we arrived at the Manukau Telstra clear stadium. Then Mrs Nua said " we have reached our destination". Once we hoped off the bus I thanked the bus driver for the ride, I looked around and I see that we weren't the only school there. The school that was there were Otahuhu primary, Panmure bridge, edge water Colledge and many more other schools. When we were seated there was a guy that introduced him self and his name is Henry. He was so funny I wanted to laugh my brain off. Then Ben Carson stood on stage and all off us croud gave him a round off a pause. He said T.H.I.N.K. B.I.G. and there was a meaning for every letter in T.H.I.N.K. B.I.G.

Advance 2012 IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN TO!

I want to achieve and advance my goals for 2012. My goals for 2012 are my reading, writing and my maths. Mostly sports because I'm sure I got the skills for it. Also I want to improve in my creative arts activities but maybe it's because I have been mostly around the museum looking at the paintings. I also really want to achieve the way I act to be a good role model or just change my self. The last thing I would want to achieve is meeting a V.I.P. before I go to University.

My Personal Goals For 2012

My achievement I was most proud of inside my class room was keeping my desk clean in room 19 because it was very messy for two whole terms. The things I was most proud of outside of my class room was competing with the year eights that are now year nines at Tamaki College. In reading my goal is to read more word/ books and to achieve this goal I need to go to the library to get more books. In writing my goal is to read/ write/ spell more words But to achieve this goal I need to focus on my writing and spelling. In maths my goal is to know my statistics and a little bit on my times tables. The learning area I need to improve in most is reading my words and writing because it seems hard for my level/ age. My goal for this year around the school is to sit down while I eat and not walk around while I'm eating also I would like to act like a respectful person.

Our First Day At Net Ball

On Thursday 9TH of February after morning tea rm22 went to a net ball session with our tutor named Liz who was from the Auckland Netball Association.

One Thursday after morning tea Rm22 had a net ball session. The reason why we had to go to the net ball session is so that we could learn some skills and so that we could teach other people how to play if they had no idea what to do. Before we went we had to wear the right gear before we played or we might get blistering feet.
Liz told us to stand on a dot or cross on the court. All we done was practicing our passing and our skills to see if we had net ball in us. What we first started to do was passing but Liz gave us a frequent demonstration. All we had to do was to focus on our passing and landing on our two feet. Liz said to land with your knees bent and not feet straight or else your break your leg.
The next task was we had to pass the ball to the other person on the apostate side of us but only when they jumped over. It was quiet easy but when you jumped over, you had to focus on your landing and the ball. The time I through the ball to Joe, I’d just done it on time.
During our passing lesson that we enjoyed until we had to change to a game. The game we changed to was sort of like net ball but there was four squares with a dot inside of them but they were at the far corner, the aim was to hit the ball onto the dot. We were sorted into two teams named the tags and the non tags.
In ten Minuit's time we had to stop and pack up. After we packed up we cleaned up, said thank you to Liz and then we went to class.

Reunited With My Net Book

On the 2ND week of school 2012 I had a feeling that my net book was calling my name out and it had plus Tuesday was the day that we got our net books back and we felt happy. all net books had to be re-imaged so that we could use it again. I know that this year 2012 would be better than last year because I've re-united with my net book and my friends also i'm happy my net wasn't in pain while it was a 6 week holiday but I still had fun without my net book in the holidays.
