My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy that I've chosen that was the best throughout my childhood, was my remote control helicopter because it could fly so high up to the sky until it loses signal to my remote, then it would just drop but as it gets closer to the ground, I would start it up again then fly.

At the age of six my helicopter was given to me by my brother on Christmas in 2005 and I lost it in 12/05/2006. I remembered how it was looked like, it had metal parts but the weird thing was that the pellets were at the bottom of the helicopter and I couldn't let anyone ruin it as for an example, my little brother.

My helicopter meant everything to me and I didn't want anyone trying to wreck it. On 25TH May 2006, It was a very hot day and I took my helicopter to the beach with me and played around with it. When I arrived at the beach, I was the very first to jump out of the car to test flight my helicopter and everything went fine until I flew out near the water.

As my helicopter was getting further and further, I tried to bring it back but the wind would let me and that's when I started to panic. My helicopter was losing signal as it went further and I started to panic more but while I was panicking, the whole of my family was just sitting on their mat laughing.

I thought to myself that I would never ever bring it to the beach ever again but it was too late. It seemed like mother nature ganged up on my helicopter because a strong wave of wind smashed my helicopter out of the air and leaving the rest to the waves of the beach. I was devastated after something horrible had just happen to my favorite toy but now was.

I had learnt a lesson after that accident had happened and as I went home, I highly regretted taking my favorite toy to the beach but I've only got one thing to say.
“ CURSE YOU WINDS AND THE WAVES OF THE SEA, WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?”
