Self Management	I need constant reminders from my teacher to stay on task. I don’t participate in learning conversations with my peers.	Usually I manage myself well.  Most of the time I stay focussed on my learning task and most of my conversations are about my learning. I get across the finish line in the end. Every now and again I need a reminder from my teacher to stay on task.	I consistently manage myself and my time well. I stay focussed and my conversations with others are learning focussed.

Bronze = 3 - 4
Silver = 5 -6
Gold = 7 - 9
Last Term I was awarded a bronze medal but for a year eight, I should be around silver and in order to do that is to pull myself together and stop mucking around.
