On Thursday 9TH of February after morning tea rm22 went to a net ball session with our tutor named Liz who was from the Auckland Netball Association.
One Thursday after morning tea Rm22 had a net ball session. The reason why we had to go to the net ball session is so that we could learn some skills and so that we could teach other people how to play if they had no idea what to do. Before we went we had to wear the right gear before we played or we might get blistering feet.
Liz told us to stand on a dot or cross on the court. All we done was practicing our passing and our skills to see if we had net ball in us. What we first started to do was passing but Liz gave us a frequent demonstration. All we had to do was to focus on our passing and landing on our two feet. Liz said to land with your knees bent and not feet straight or else your break your leg.
The next task was we had to pass the ball to the other person on the apostate side of us but only when they jumped over. It was quiet easy but when you jumped over, you had to focus on your landing and the ball. The time I through the ball to Joe, I’d just done it on time.
During our passing lesson that we enjoyed until we had to change to a game. The game we changed to was sort of like net ball but there was four squares with a dot inside of them but they were at the far corner, the aim was to hit the ball onto the dot. We were sorted into two teams named the tags and the non tags.
In ten Minuit's time we had to stop and pack up. After we packed up we cleaned up, said thank you to Liz and then we went to class.
